This is the final level in the game in which things are really weird. Due to the nested nature of the universe, it is both the smallest and largest level in the game, although to maintain equality on both sides of the base level, it is represented by -3. It is measured in planck lengths. You can find 1-D and 3-D objects in this area. If you ask for a thought in this level, you will receive a binary code instead.

Size
It is unknown truly what size the objects are in this both grand and tiny scale. The objects appear similar to those found at the level of the Planck Length, which is 1.6 x 10^-35 meters. This layer, then, extends from 1 Planck Length up to possibly 20 Planck Lengths. However, if measured from below, this layer can be seen to have an enourmous size. This layer is then, possibly, an infinite length in size. It all depends on how you look at it.
